ProMinds was founded in 2004.
ProMinds is a network of professional consultants with change management as a speciality. One of the company’s first activities was a series of free seminars on coaching and networking. This was the start of “ProMinds Academy” - an important part of the concept since inception. It is here consultants and customers can meet, share knowledge and develop their respective competences. It is precisely this connection between consultant services and continued education that is crucial for ProMinds .
“ProMinds Academy” is still one of the principle ways for the network to meet and discuss the specific issues affecting all, and with which all have experience. It is here knowledge is shared, and often here new contacts are made and potential clients are met.
ProMinds ' philosophy is that as a networks partner one has a duty to participate actively in the network, but otherwise partners are free to do as they wish. ProMinds combines freedom and community.
